Group meeting and circle of friends for holiday retreat (1 week):
Are you part of a group and would like to organise a retreat or a trip and time together with this group? Valcovo House is at your disposal for this and we will be happy to plan this holiday retreat with you. In addition, the idea is for me to accompany your group at certain points (shopping, hire car etc.) and offer various “programme points” that the group can take advantage of.

The house at your group’s free disposal
Here, I simply offer people space to use. There are no guidelines, no seminar, no daily schedule, no content other than what you have in mind. The ideal group size is six people; a maximum of 10 is possible. A large group room, a smaller meditation house and everything else (pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen…) are available for communal use on the premises. There you can relax and recharge your batteries, fast, be silent, do yoga, qi gong, meditate, hike outside and experience nature and much more.
The idea of inviting people to initiate their own retreat or a joint journey for a group is intended to serve the cohesion of the group and thus the human family and counteract the division in societies. Shared experiences and adventures that are experienced consciously and with awareness bring people and their hearts closer together. I believe that this connection with one another and the ability to experience it is a powerful medicine for health and for life itself.
My contribution
(Offers that are included in the price but do not have to be used)
- I will discuss your ideas in more detail with you as the organiser and we will agree to what extent you would like me to be there.
- Holotropic Breathwork: During a week’s retreat I offer an introduction to connected breathing. I consider this to be an ideal complement to all other activities. A breathing session should be scheduled for a total of approx. 3 hours.
- Catering and mobility: I will also drive and accompany you to the weekly market or supermarket so that you can buy everything you need for the week. On request, it is also possible to book a cheap hire car on a daily basis.
- Excursions into the countryside: 4 people fit easily into the pickup or standing on the loading area when travelling slowly through the countryside. We drive to special places with great impressions and get to know Bulgaria’s natural world. If there are more than 4 of us, I drive twice.

Do you want to pass on your personal knowledge and wisdom to other people as part of your own workshop / seminar / event? Then we can actively support you with this offer and accompany you in bringing your idea / offer to life. The content is up to you, we take care of the outside.

Our accompaniment is as follows:
You tell us what you have in mind without going into detail at the beginning. The details will come over time anyway. Together we will then look at what will be necessary to realise your offer and what opportunities will arise if it takes place here in Bulgaria. We provide impulses (not in terms of content) that may enrich and complement your offer. For this more intensive exchange, we talk on the phone, several times if necessary. This support / coaching consists primarily of ongoing contact with you and during the time until after your workshop, we are fully involved in the organisation and beyond and accompany your project. Ideally, you should arrive here several days in advance so that you feel more at home.
Our organisational tasks are:
- to provide the premises and organise everything else necessary
- to inform you and the participants about the journey and to support the planning

- any transfers within Bulgaria (airport, bus, train station)
- welcome the participants in the house and accommodate them in the house
- …
Our task goes beyond organisational matters:
accompany you on your process and any resistance, doubts or fears that may arise.
